u ppl dont kno my cousin courtney but i just want 2 say tat she iz 1 of the best cousins in the whole world an she iz very brave as she is only in yr 6 an has a bad illness (not able 2 write it)

a few weeks ago courtney had a operation n 4 those ppl hu dnt no wot she is ill with she has bone cancer. she has now only got 3 lots of chemo left n is opefully on da way 2 recoverery
